Both of us seem to be writing about subjects of the heart and I was surprised to find that you reflected on "feeling blue" here. I'm currently writing a series of posts for my site (you read the first) on the nature of despair. While I am not a manic-depressive,I do go through a sort of rapid cycling of moods from high to low. I feel it is important to descend into these dark emotions. Sometimes there is no hope (in my experience) and I believe it is okay to feel that way too. Hope returns and so does love and appreciation for life.

J.P.,This is both very sad and inspiring. Yes, I'm happy to know that in the end
you've taken the positive way in dealing with life's challenges that have been put before you. I'll pray for you J.P. and hope that you try to stay close with your wife. I'm confident that if you have heart to heart talks with her, she'll be your strongest ally in overcoming your mountains. May God Bless you and your family.
Tasha
