For someone who's in the midst of personal crisi, as you mentioned, you still have the positive attitude and the right frame of mind to move one stone at a time the proper and right way. I admire you for all of it. I'm a control-freak. When I don't have my set routine, I worry. Usually the greatest stress I have is in dealing with new situations. Luckily I have relationships to balance me out. Writing is one of my obsessions. I have to work on my writing every day. Usually my girlfriend pulls me out of one of my trances . . . all these questions you're investigating are interesting. I wrote spiritual essays for several years and then I began "The Book of Innocence" where I funnel my thoughts on living into a literary journal.

In regards to questions about spiritual matters, it is a topic beyond the scope of science & knowledge. In all honesty, these are questions that only God can answer; not a fragile mortal being like myself.

However, If you would like to know my opinion then spirituality is the connection between God & myself. I am unsure about what kind of "spirituality acts" being referred to stress busters?

Interesting that you say stress is materialistic.....that got me thinking could spiritual things not give us stress? I am not sure but I think it could be possible.....thought usually spirituality acts as a stress buster, it could sometimes cause stress by itself. What do you think?
